  • What is the most crucial thing in preparation before leaving Japan?
I think it's important to check how to use a cell phone locally, for example to prepare a SIM lock free cell phone or to buy a local secondhand cell phone. In my case, there are some mobile agencies for Japanese in Korea, so I bought a Korean SIM card and made a contract easily.
  • What are you putting your most effort into right now?
There are two main things I'm trying hard right now. One is a teaching program that I teach Japanese to Korean students. I'm making effort to make it easy for the students to understand and fun by preparing PowerPoint slides and some materials. The other is the test preparation for TOPIK in November. I'm study hard to get the 6 grade which is the highest grade.
  • What do you want to try in the rest of your stay?
I'm going to do volunteer work at Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) in October, so I look forward to working hard for all the people who come to this event while making use of my language skills of Japanese, Korean and English. I think it's not easy for other Japanese students to do this volunteer work, that's especially why I would like to make many Korean friends and good memories with them. This experience would be helpful for me in the future.
