  • What was the most crucial thing in preparation before coming to Japan?
I think the most important thing is Japanese language proficiency. You should also know about Japanese customs and culture which leads to a win-win situation by providing the good result for both Japanese people and foreigners. For example, HASHIWATASHI, which is thought to be an ill-omened and a bad manner in Japan.
  • What was your proudest accomplishment during your stay?
I was able to communicate with students from many different countries in the Japanese school. And also in part time job I've communicated with Japanese people and learned many things which cannot be studied in schools. Moreover, I feel a sense of accomplishment every time I think that I am learning in a fulfilling learning environment of Tokyo Women's Christian University.
  • What are you putting your most effort into right now?
I am not good at kanji, so I am studying hard now.
