我々女子大学は、それぞれ100年を超える女子教育の歴史と理念のもと、平和を希求し、女性の多様な社会的活動の原動力として、時代を超え、国境を越えて、その役割を担ってきました。また三女子大学ともに、他国からの支援、協力、連携のもと、今日まで発展してきました。
この度のロシアによるウクライナ侵攻により、女性や子どもを含む多くの市民の平穏な日常生活や学びが突如奪われたことを深く憂慮し、強い憤りを覚えます。

Statement on Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine
Each of our women’s universities, with a history and philosophy of women’s education spanning more than 100 years, has played a role in the pursuit of peace and acted as a driving force for diversifying the participation of women in social activities. Transcending time and national borders, all three institutions have developed to this day with support, cooperation, and collaboration from other countries.
We are deeply concerned and offended by the sudden deprivation of the peaceful daily lives and learning of many citizens, including women and children, as a result of the recent Russian invasion of Ukraine.
We strongly urge an early end to this state of warfare and a peaceful resolution through dialogue.
