英語センターが提供する多彩な英語学習の機会
英語なんでも相談（Consultation and Advising）（C&A）
1.英語力向上のための自分自身の目標を設定する
2.本学常勤教員と一緒に、自分に合った学習計画を立てる（例：4技能の向上、試験対策、アカデミック・ライティング など）
3.自分の疑問や課題を持ち寄る
4.自己管理や効果的な自己省察の方法を学ぶ
To encourage autonomous learning and planning and monitoring of students’ own study, we offer opportunities for students to:
1.Bring their own goals for their development of English
2.Set their own study plans together with a full-time TWCU instructor (e.g. improvement of all four skills, exam preparation and academic writing)
3.Bring their own questions
4.Learn about self-regulation and effective self-reflective skills

図書室では、次のような自習用教材を利用できます：多読用グレイデッド・リーダー（やさしい英語で書かれた多読本）、試験対策用の書籍・教材、辞書、ビデオ教材、BBCワールドニュース
At the library, we offer self-study materials:Graded readers for extensive reading, Exam preparation books and materials, Dictionaries, Videos, The BBC World news
- CLIL プロジェクト（CLIL Projects）

主体的な学びを促すために本学の常勤教員がファシリテーターとなり、CLIL（内容言語統合型学習）の手法を取り入れたプロジェクト型学習を行います。
To encourage active learning, the facilitators, who are full-time instructors at TWCU, will lead on a project-based study employing a Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) approach.
- 「学びを学ぶ」ワークショップ（“Learning to Learn” Workshop）

主体的な学びをどのようなアプローチで行うか、具体的な英語センター活用方法を紹介します。目標設定の仕方や自分の学習目標に辿り着くまでの道のりを参加者と一緒に考えます。ファシリテーターは英語センター所属の経験豊かな先生です。
In this workshop, we introduce practical ways to make the most of LARECE while exploring approaches to becoming a more autonomous learner. Together with other participants, you will think about how to set your own goals and plan your journey toward achieving them. The workshop is facilitated by experienced instructors from LARECE.

学生が本センターの施設およびプログラムを充分に勝つできるように、IELTS・TOEIC試験対策のワークショップや、学習方法に関するセッションを開催しています。
We offer IELTS and TOEIC workshops and sessions on learning to learn so that students can make full use of our facilities and program.

グローバル社会の最新の課題に関心を持てるよう、学生の皆さんにはリアルタイムで行われる講義に参加して学ぶ機会を提供しています。
To facilitate interest in global and current issues, we offer opportunities for students to learn through participating in real time lectures.
- 試験のための準備学習（Exam Preparation）

英語能力試験への挑戦を積極的に推奨しています。また、図書館にある学習用リソースを活用した自主学習の方法についてもサポートしています。さらに、IELTSやTOEICを受験する学生を対象とした奨学金制度も設けています。
We encourage students to take English proficiency tests and guide students in using our resources in the library for self-study. We offer scholarships for those taking the IELTS and TOEIC tests.
